Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us.

We offer flexible delivery frequencies ranging from weekly to every 8 weeks. Your selected frequency determines your billing schedule.

• Cancellations submitted before your next scheduled billing date will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods unless required by applicable law.
• EU customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of their first order under the EU Right of Withdrawal, without giving a reason. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days.
