A 4-inch smudge stick combining organic White Sage with Sweetgrass. In the trinity of the smudging ceremony, White Sage clears and cleanses, while Sweetgrass calls in positive energies, spirits, and the qualities of gentleness, love, and kindness. Together they create a complete cleansing and inviting ritual in a single bundle.

Organically grown White Sage (Salvia apiana), sustainably sourced. NEVER harvest White Sage from national parks or native land.

How to Use: Light the leafy end of the bundle and allow it to catch, then gently blow out the flame. Direct the smoke around your space, objects, or body using your hand or a feather. Place on a fireproof surface such as an abalone shell when not actively smudging.

Safety: Never leave a burning smudge stick unattended. Ensure the smudge stick is completely extinguished before leaving the area. Keep away from children, pets, and all flammable materials.
