Blue Sage Smudge Stick (4 in.)

A 4-inch Blue Sage smudge stick, also known as Grandmother Sage. Like White Sage, Blue Sage clears negative energy from spaces, objects, and the aura, but with a distinctly calming, wise, and ancestral quality — like the steady guidance of an elder who already knows the answers. Traditionally used to honor those who have passed and to bring a sense of peace and knowing to ceremony and ritual.

Sustainably farm-grown in Mexico. NEVER harvest sage from national parks or native land.

How to Use: Light the leafy end of the bundle and allow it to catch, then gently blow out the flame. Direct the smoke around your space, objects, or body using your hand or a feather. Place on a fireproof surface such as an abalone shell when not actively smudging.

Safety: Never leave a burning smudge stick unattended. Ensure the smudge stick is completely extinguished before leaving the area. Keep away from children, pets, and all flammable materials.
