Swirling violet-purple color and fibrous patterning give this charoite teardrop pendant its distinctive character. A handcrafted copper wire wrap frames the polished stone, offering a warm contrast to its purple tones. An adjustable ball chain is included.

Metaphysical Properties

In crystal traditions, charoite is associated with transformation, courage, inner strength, and personal purpose. Sometimes called the Stone of Transformation or Stone of the Soul, it can serve as a symbolic companion for journaling, meditation, or setting intentions during a period of change.

Chakra Associations

Charoite is traditionally linked with the Crown Chakra and themes of spiritual connection and purpose. Its Third Eye Chakra associations center on intuition, insight, and inner awareness.

Formation & Fun Facts

Charoite is a silicate mineral known for its swirling, fibrous appearance and lavender-to-violet tones. It was formally described as a mineral species in 1978 and is associated with the Chara River region of Siberia, Russia. Its Mohs hardness is approximately 5–6, making it more vulnerable to scratches than quartz. The copper setting may develop a natural patina over time.

Crystal Companions

Pair with amethyst for traditional Crown and Third Eye associations, labradorite for intuition symbolism, kyanite for alignment intentions, or moonstone for themes of cycles and new beginnings.

Jewelry Care

Remove before bathing, swimming, exercise, or other water exposure. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid harsh cleaners, perfumes, and prolonged direct sunlight. Store separately in a soft pouch to protect the stone from harder jewelry and prevent snagging the wire. Gently polish the copper with a soft cloth if desired, or allow its patina to develop. Sound can be included in a water-free cleansing ritual.
