White Sage Smudge Stick (4 in.)

A 4-inch White Sage smudge stick, one of the most widely used tools for energetic cleansing. White Sage (Salvia apiana) is traditionally used in Indigenous ceremony and ritual to purify spaces, objects, and the aura, clearing negative energy and creating a clean, balanced environment.

How to Use: Light the leafy end of the bundle and allow it to catch, then gently blow out the flame. Direct the smoke around your space, objects, or body using your hand or a feather. Place on a fireproof surface such as an abalone shell when not actively smudging. To cleanse crystals or jewelry, hold them in the smoke until it flows steadily around the piece.
